With the level of creativity I have seen amongst the awesome guppies and guppans here , over the past few years, I thought it would be a good idea to share pictures of the food we cook for our kids and how we make it attractive looking for them.
Please feel free to post anything , food that you have made yourself or anything that you come across from over the net. Its all about ideas and creativity
1 tsp of butter, sautee vegis like carrots, squash, peas, spinach etc..add 1/4 cup of masoor daal, little salt, boiled until tender add chk or beef piece from regular salan. then blend all. oh some time i add rice too. very healthy, and full of iron.
My son eats whatever is cooked, we do try to make our meals healthy, incorporate lots of veggies and whole grains. When I am chopping veggies, he stands by me and enjoys eating raw veggies. When we go for grocery shopping, we help him choose a fruit or veggie to munch on while we are shopping.
I make oats in milk then blend in strawberries my daughter loves tht. i try to include portion of fruits, vegies, chicken, pulses and dairy daily in her diet n once a week meat also
