I think its “pink eye”. Its going around and my daughter has it. I have used many eyeliners way past their sell by date and nothing has happened. Hopefully, its just that. See the doc.

Me too i have used eyeliner past its sell by but i make sure i sharpen mine all the time a clean the tip before every use.
