i had that on hotmail… you have to veryfy your account by following the instructions, put your phone number in and they text you a code that you enter online. i thought is was odd but hotmail are verifying accounts like this to stop spammers.
it is also triggered by some emails you receive that contain suspisious content. you can reply by starting a new message.
