Yes search for Dr. Israr Ahmed Tafsir online and it is also run on Peace TV time to time.
Also Dr. Farhat Hashmi via Alhudapk.com audio is available. Really for tafsir you don't need videos.

Dr Israr Ahmed (available on youtube and other sites in Urdu)
Dr Israr Ahmed (tafseer in English language, available on Torrents)
Dr. Ghulam Murtuza Malik (very nice Urdu tafseer mukhtasir)
Mufti Akmal (of QTV) in Urdu, very good tafseer, available in high quality DVD form in Pakistan. I think its 2/3rd right now and it will be completed in next 6 months or so.

Although I am not personally aligned with Al-Maghrib Institute ... one of the best tafsir I have heard is called "Touched by an angel - Juz 'Amma by Muhammad AlShareef" - You might be able to find it somewhere on the net to download or alternatively buy the CD set.
