please help me my laptop has froze i trisd switching it off but nothing happens i was on a page i dont know why it happen plz can anyone help

Press the Power button for 5s - 8s and it will be turned off... after that:
- Turn the laptop back on.
- Start the Windows normally. [If it asks]
- Install HiJackThis!
- Run HiJackThis and post the log file generated by HijackThis here. [that will give us more details on what is going on with your dear laptop]

sorry to hear that .. if still dont switch off then pug out the mains and take out the battery ..that shud switch it off ..then obviously turn it back on after inserting the battery .
