Eat more veggies like broccolli florets, carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower, brussel sproats, cabbage to feel "full up", and flavour flavour from condiments like mustard, marmite, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, chillies, ginger instead of fats like butter or fried food

Carbs like potatos and pasta are pure energy and have high glycemic index (G.I) and will turn into sugar and go into your bloodstream very quickly giving you an energy boost, but will make you feel hungry after a few hours, where as vegetables(low GI) give a slow release of energy over a longer period of time, making u less hungry.
