Guys its fixed thank you though.
For some odd reason when i delete this one row in the table it all goes onto the previous page :-s But its all good now...i am just going ot have an empty row..

This is a bug in Word 2003, it is a combination of printers installed on your pc plus the security updates installed on your pc.
