I guess you are talking about flights from the US to Lahore (since you didn't mention the starting point of your trip in your question).
I would also recommend Emirates. I have travelled on a lot of different airlines all over the world and Emirates has definitely been the best so far.
I've heared good things about Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines as well, but haven't travelled on them yet.

Choice of flight for Pakistan is getting less & less per year, since PIA (delbrating saying PIA) is cutting short other airlines to increase their own buiness, yet PIA has only only 82 international destination & they have no plans in near future to increase this number.
This thing is going againt those pakistanis who are not living in or near the common destinations.
Emirate still have frequent flights to Pakistan, but u of course have to change plane in UAE somewhere (DXB or AUH). As Umer mentioned, plz tell us ur point of origin and we may be able to help a bit more. I usually go to PK on Emirates.

Kuwait freakin' takes forever to get to Lahore. I used to take Kuwait b4 but ever since I started taking PIA from last year, I never went back to Kuwait nor do I have any plans to.

i rather take a flight that has clean bathrooms and proper service than one whose bathrooms clog up hours into the flight...no matter how long it takes. and kuwait isnt as long as Gulf Air...freekin' almost 48 hours of travel time

pretty much when the air hostess comes around to offer some, and when i’m not sleeping (which is pretty much all the way)

What I would like to say USE PIA... its direct and though a lil uncomfortable as those of Emirates....
Even though Emirates Planes are not comfortable....
Best one is now Al-Itehad (HQ in Abu Dhabi)

Actually it does not matter which airline, just look for the ones that Fly the Boeing 777, it is the most comfotable wide body aircraft.
