help...:(

Re: help...:(

For easy and quick cooking, I avoid anything that needs to be prepared for a longer time or requires many different ingredients.

For sust-al-wajood ppl.
Fry a tin of tuna in tomato paste or add some canned tomatoes, add salt and red chili. Fry for two or three min on high flame, and you're ready. Eat it with bread, naan paratha whatever. A cup of doodh patti and you're done. This will take no more than five min.

Or
Boil some rice, don't over cook. Fry whatever veg you have (mushrooms, carrots, green peas etc) add chicken if you have any, shredded or thinly sliced. Add salt, dhania 'n zeera powder. Drain water from rice and add to veg mix. Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, mix and let it sit for five min on very low heat. 5 Min and you're ready to eat this with cucumber and yogurt raita.

Or

Cut an Italian bread lengthwise, spread some pizza sauce on it and whatever topping, even left over stuff, cover with a nice layer of cheese, bake and eat.

Or

Fry a chicken leg or breast - Toss the chicken piece in flour and fry with skin side down first on medium heat, when that side is done, turn over and fry the other side golden as well. Have this with French fries / boiled rice (plain or veg), fried veggies or baked/fried potato wedges (wash and cut wedges) boil to speed up the process and bake.

Or
Buy those ready made kebabs - Fry them. Make masala of tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, add salt zeera and coriander powder. Fry till oil separates add kebabs and let it simmer for a few min and you're ready to eat them with bread/pita/paratha/roti.

Good luck.
