i’m having problems with msn messenger service…infact i couldn’t log in for past 5-6 days
my account is working fine …i can log on at hotmail’s site but can’t use messenger
only thing i’ve changed in past few days is …i’ve got norton antivirus installed on my computer
help me please …i’ll really appreciate it!!!

Open Norton Antivirus (Right-click on the Norton Antivirus icon in the System Tray/Notification Area (by the clock), choose 'Open Norton Antivirus'), click Options, then instant messenger then uncheck MSN Instant Messenger and click OK.

hmmm.....ok so the error msg. says:
'Sie konnten nicht beim MSN Messenger angemeldet werden.Versuchen Sie es spaeter erneut. 80072ee7'
means: you can't sign in at MSN messenger ....try again sometimes later .80072ee7
i think the last bit is error number .....is it so...????
another thing whenever i start internet ....a window pops up saying you need to install the latest version of msn .....i check the yes box and it starts downloading ....but this is not stopping ...every single time i come to net this window pops up again ...i have no idea ...its sooo annoying!!!
please guys help me !!!!
