I have some questions about how to speak proper Urdu (some questions about grammar…and there’s also a lot of words that I just don’t understand).

Here’s my first question:

Is it:
Vo aakay chalay gaiiN.

or

Vo aakar chalay gaiiN

Both are correct.

The second one is proper urdu but u can also use the first one

If I’m talking about a girl, I say..

Vo zindi hai.

but then everyone says "no no no that’s wrong! :frusty2: "

bizz - that explanation really helped. I knew it wasn’t zindi, because I’ve heard ppl telling me it’s incorrect before..I just didn’t know why. =\
