Help with these plants..

Can someone help me identify these plants plz? We got them as a gift and I want to know how to look after them so if anyone has some tips, please do share. I’ll be keeping them indoors (live in a an apartment). Also can/should I expose them to sunlight coming through a glass window or will it hurt them?

they are indoor plants, should be put in a shady area, and donot exposed to the direct sunlight, water them every alternate day.

1st one is Aslam and 2nd one is Akram. :cb:

I think first one might be a type of Dumb Cane and the other one is definitely an indoor corn plant.
