So I just got this big haldi spot on my favourite kameez, and am really devastated. Does anyone know any totka to take out nasty haldi stains? Please help me out, or I will be an emotional wreck sighs much too heavily

Hey Falcon,

I did an internet search for you on how to remove haldi (turmeric) stain from clothing. There is a whole list of solutions ranging from using lemon to using a special detergent called Carbona. Carbona is a powerful detergent, by the way. But first try the other remedies for turmeric stains on fabric…listed in the website link below.

Stain ki jagah pay namak dal kar ragrain agar bilkul sookha ho to halka sa pani daal lain namak peela honay pay doosra namak daal kar amal dohrati rahain.

So this would be equally useful if the stain is old?

For the old one I don't know.

But as you drop something you do this. Namak will soak the color. LIke chai and other things. I never did any tajarba. You can do a tajarba and post here.

I'm careful person so I don't have this problem Masha Allah.

Acha, I rubbed some lemon on it, and even salt (to be extra sure) then soaked it in the milk for about 15-20 minutes....AND the stain is almost gone! I am confident that it will completely go away with another washing. Thank you for saving my dress:)
