Lahori, Multani, Faisalabadi, Mir Puri, Potohari, etc, etc are all different types of punjabi .. specify which and you will get your answer.
Majhi dialect of Lahore-amristsar region is considered the standard one, I find the entire dialect weirdest, karna wa, jaana siga etc:D, the other is Ferozepuri, adiye-idiye type of dialect:D
Amritsar wallas speak like, "O jitte di maan, jaldi te roti le aa saanu pahar jaana siga":)

Punjabis hardly observe any speaking etiquette, most of the dialects and accents are rough and tough:D by default.
