I have do bulk grocery from Chicago and i buy 2-3 packs of paneer and freeze it.
Now i have one last left but it has passed it best before date. Is it still good to cook it as it was frozen not sitting in the lower part of the refrigerator.do you guys think it is still good to cook and eat?
