If it’s lunch then you want to keep the menu simple. I’d personally just do snacky foods, like samoseh, pakoreh, chana chaat, kebabs etc.

Whenever we make kari/pakoreh we have it with roti, but you can also have it with rice. Maybe plain chaval?

I dont want to go for high tea…i need a proper lunch menu…i was thinking of plain rice with karhi but isnt plain rice too bland?
