I have a trustees board meeting tomorrow evening and I am totally bricking it! I work in interpreting and translations industry and control a group of translators plus help on the interpretation side. I need to present my side (translations) but as i havent done it before - i need some help on what to say, how to present, what kind of questions, to put forward etc etc…i will be comparing stats but still would like to be give a good presentation and apprear confident and seem like a person who knows what they are talking about.
Is anyone a pro at this stuff? Any hints and tips would be greatly appreciated.
I dont know how much details or time slot you get to present. but if its annual or half year meeting. I guess presenting stats along with achievements of your department in brief. ie your team have completed these projects 1, 2, etc
and what are current work projects.
and whats in the pipeline, future projects, department plans etc. bugets if you required to mention that sort of thing too.

and with any questions???
Thanks Amour...basically the time slot that i will be for 1 year. When i say in terms of questions - i meant what kind of questions do you put forward to the board...eg you could ask "Why are we not aiming at big companies and organisations for translations?"
We are a small company with different boroughs sending us translations...and are a voluntary organisation.
