all the information are available on the immigration websites. i wud suggest first visit those websites and if u still have queries than u can discuss here.

That was pretty rude. Lots of people post stuff here or ask questions here that can be answered through google but it takes the personal touch away. Maybe she was looking for insight from people who actually applied for Australian Citizenship etc and wanted to know about their experiences?
