help with arabic gowns....

my best friend is gettin married in march in dubai…she wants to wear a arabic bridal gown…but she is confused on the covering her hair part…how can she wear her duppatta with the gown …any pictures would help…

im from dubai and my friend did the same thing…shes actually a sworoski winning designer in dubai n she wore a gown to her valima wid an elegant veil as a way of covering her head.i do hav her wedding picture but i cant post it here though im posting her gowns picture tht she designed n made herself whch won in the bridal show as the best gown

oh ok I thought problem mere end pe hai :@:

click image upload
window will popup
then click "Select Multiple Files (Max 10 M)" button
browse your files and select picture
then click start uploading files
then click copy
close the image upload pop up
come back to your post and hit CTRL+V

btw i saw the most gorgeous dress here in dubai from saks fifth avenue it was white n had work all over it...although i saw it quite few months back it was the most gorgeous thing i have ever seen in my life..if ur frnds looking fr a dress ask her to visit saks at burjuman :)

What colour is your friend going to wear? Is she going to wear a western dress or a Paki lehnga?

she is going the western dress …but a bit covered…here the gowns are soo expensive…but she have to do it with…

Then, is she going to have a dupatta made with the gown or use a veil? because dupatta's won't be available there.

Here is a dress by HSY which the bride converted into a valima jora by adding a dupatta. It is a one piece dress and not separate like a lehnga.

I think the way CuteGurl described is how most ppl do it.. I think the veil look is really pretty..
