unfortunately I’m of no help in this topic, sadly I don’t get to wear much of desi clothes that often to know whats in and whats out

Hard to say. If Instagram is any indication, it’s short shirts, with elaborate skinny pants. Like thisor this or this or this or thisor this.
But maxi dresses are still going strong, with the occasional long shirt.

Gowns over jump suits.
Shorter shirts and straight pants.

Yes you can visit such sites with different names you got lot of ideas. Latest design are Anarkali, maxi or front open gown styles in embroidered form.must visit with these name you find lot's of ideas for wedding parties.

The very latest are the short shirts with cigratte / pencil/ skinny pants. Usually the shirt falls just below the knees.
