Help...what do i do with this rice...?

I soaked some rice last night in water but didnt use it so drained it and left it in the fridge. I am making palaow tonight…can i use the same rice? Will it be ok?

Nooo not in a palao

You can use it for stirfry cause for the stirfry rice recipe its required to boil rice and leave it in the fridge OT

For the palao the rice is meant to cook in the yakhni or it wont be a palao

i wont take a chance with them especially if making pulao....
but u can make boiled rice....and keep them in a covered bowl in the fridge...so once you are done with having pulao you can have the boiled rice...:)

U can use it in making firni or kheer not rice dish bcoz they get broken in water either u make pulao or boiled rice.

boil them in water and then drain the water in a strainer and put it on dum...this way it wud be ok...but not for pulao...

I think you can use them to make pulao, I have done that. When I did, I made sure I use a little less water instead of equal quantity.
