hi can u elp me pleez with literal and underlying meaning of this poem pleez : thanks

farz karo tumhain khush karnay kay dhoonday hum nay bahanay hon
farz karo yeh nain tumharay such much kay may-khanay hoon
farz karo yeh rog ho jhoota, jhooti preet hamarii ho
farz karo is preet kay rog main sans bhi hum per bhaarii ho

farz karo hum ahl-e-wafa hon, farz karo diivanay hoon
farz karo yeh donon batain jhooti hon afsanay hoon
farz karo yeh jii kii bipta, jii say jorr sunaayee ho
farz karo abhi aur ho itni, aadhi hum nay chupayee ho
farz karo yeh job-b’jog ka hum nay dhong rachaya ho
farz karo buss yehi haqeeqat baqi sub kuch maya

n wat tone of it n who is directed to n in wat context .. wat exactly is the sadness here between these two people ? ..

suppose to make you happy i had looked for excuses
suppose these eyes of yours really are bacchuss’ muses

suppose i am not sick in your love, false is my lament
suppose in this sickness, heavy is even a single breath

suppose i had imagined all this love and pain
suppose this is the only truth, rest is all in vain

suppose we are madly in love and loyal
suppose this is not true, just a fable

suppose i had told you my heart’s lament with all my heart
suppose there was more to say, i hid half of the part

thanks everyone but wat is this effect .. y r they saying suppose this n that suppose the opposite .. wat is the feeling of the poem as a whole i dunt get that
