HELP: Shrimp

I don’t know what to do with a huge bag of uncooked shrimp :/.

Don’t want to grill or fry. So what else?

What’s the key to making shrimp salan? Do you take the tails off to make salan out of it?

SO confused :frowning:

Re: HELP: Shrimp

Yes you would want to take off the tails, atleast I do.
You can make a salan with the desi spices and masala or make sweet and sour type of thingy (I posted a recipe agessss ago on this forum),or make biryani...I posted its recipe as well.Lemme know I might be able to dig them up...:)

Re: HELP: Shrimp

Stir them lightly then cool them .. Stick a few on a toothpick , wrap in filo pastry strips , bake them in the oven and serve like a starter ...

Shrimp Linguine- my better half makes it really good.

Re: HELP: Shrimp

Been ignoring the shrimp for a week (being lazy about cleaning it) but I’m gonna make shrimp/pasta with a spicy tomato cream sauce.

Garlic shrimp scampi! Delicious. <3

Re: HELP: Shrimp

Besides shrimp pakoras, you can make shrimp biryani, grill them and add them to sauteed veggies, or adding them to replace boneless chicken when you make "chicken" manchurian.

Re: HELP: Shrimp

ok when im super lazy, i just make an omelette and dump the cleaned raw shrimp in it, and let it just barely cook thru. mmm good.

Re: HELP: Shrimp

Really? A shrimp omelette? I've never tried/heard of that.

Re: HELP: Shrimp
