So I bought this tunic dress from Apricot, it looked quite nice on me, I’m confused what to wear over this dress to cover my arms. shall I get cardigan or blazer, jacket or what?

I would do something under. Like a basic long sleeved, fitted t-shirt. Leggings. Boots.

I agree with Reha...a jacket/blazer would not go with this dress
Find a fitted long sleeve shirt, the type that are made for layering (they usually are thin, so that you comfortable where them underneath other items of clothing) and pair it with tights/leggings and boots!

I have a knit tunic dress in the exact same cut and I pair it with a long-sleeved T. It allows you to maintain the silhouette of the dress, which a sweater or blazer would cover up.
And I wear it exactly how khatt described - with leggings and tall boots.

a jacket or blazer, or any cover really, would take away from the styling around the neckline.....
