I made chicken quessadillas, chicken patties (in pastry shells), afghani pilaf, handi chicken (which was out of this world), the Apple Dhahi chutney, red cabbage and vinegerette salad and for dessert upside down pineapple cake (single servings).
The table looked great mashahallah....
