The Doryx for me personally attacked the acne right away. It didn’t make the pimples grow more and then attack them. Also a plus with these oral acne medications is that those ingrown hairs/pimples on the body disappear as well especially back acne. yuck!
The Tazorac is for active pimples, it will deflate them so to speak overnight and then you apply for another week to target the redness. Speak to a dermatologist for the best results for your face.
