as far as interview questiosn go, they vary. look up some career related websites which are specific to education and it will give u a good idea. it differs from country to country as well.
for interview of a foriegn visitor, it depends which angle are you asking the interview from. is it trade related, tourism related, culture related or politics related. what is the underlying purpose of the interview and what type of publication is it. surely you will have diff questions if you are interviewing mick jagger for a music or entertainment magazine vs jack welsh for a business journal.
