you can apply as a highly skilled worker or as economic migration , to be very honest with you they ar ehardly issuing any such visas apart anymore. the system is more tough but you can try , forms are available on the UK visas or UKBA website.

Neha if you’ve got practicall skills you should get in… i got in on basic engineering BSC.
Also if your finding it tough at first use a method called trampolining. Get into any EU country first and then find a Job in the UK and cross over 
it’s almost a garunteed success try it

If you have experience and good pay, you should be able to get it easily. basic and simple requirements are listed on Tier 1 High Skilled.
on top of that you need to show some funds for past 3 months in a bank to support yourself. IELTs also help get more scores. once you have sorted all this, fill in the form send it to UKBA, 2-3 months you will get it.

You can fill in the evaluation form at their web page and u will know if u are eligible..
their representative will call u directly at ur number and will guide u through.. its really effective.. u just need to fulfil some basic requirements..
I won't waste my time in applying for UK as it is almost impossible to get HSMP if you apply from Pakistan.

^ They were lucky if they fulfilled those conditions.
But how many people from Pakistan who want to apply for UK immigration can prove earning power in pounds and give proof of job eligibility? These are the basic requirements to qualify.

hmm.. well.. u are right.. the eligibility criteria has been tightened for immigration as well..
initially i was not eligible because i was not earning as per their requirement and now i am not eligible because masters education from Pakistan is considered equivalent to bachelors in UK :D
