Help needed

heheh..that's cute!

Can you share info about the online qari...is there a website where you can signup/pay to have a child learn Quran? I'm sure many people will benefit from this info. Thanks in advance!

Re: Help needed

Loving it. Wow.

Yes there is and they call themselves.

Once a person call me. You know I asked many things. I asked him how would you teach show me some example.

Sorry to say he was a punjabi. You know one of my sisters kid was taught by a punjabi you know punjabi can't read qul they kul and that is wrong and that what mistake he did.

Try to find ourt some arbi or who is good in reading quran.

Never ever ever use a punjabi qari if he says kul istead of qul.

Wow Zabardast ideas Masha Allah.

Re: Help needed

ANy suggestions on what we could put in goody bags for the kids? We'd like to hand out something along with their certificates.

You could consider a game.....like Islamic Jeopardy, perhaps. If the children are too young, then avoid a competitive game as they get easily hurt if they don't "win." But a trivia sort of game would be interesting not only for the kids to participate in but also for the parents to watch.

Are there any songs about religion that the kids can sing together on stage?

How about a** small skit or play** regarding an Islamic lesson? Maybe a skit about the ills of gossiping?

How long do you have to prepare for this event? If you have sufficient enough time, you can connect geography/multicultural education with Islam. For example, the kids at the school are all Muslim but they come from various parts of the globe. What if the kids were to dress up in clothes that represent their culture (Pakistani, Sudan, Lebanon, Morocco, etc)......and do little presentations about their county as being one of many that form the "Muslim World". ??

Great idea red velvet.

Nikki Didi (I say you didi just to show you respect not to make you older than me like ppl of community).

If you need some Religious songs I can post those here if you would ask I'll insha Allah.
