well m wearing gharara on my mehndi IA,but i dont knw wat to wear in feets wid it,as in slippers,sandals,pencil heel or wat?as in whn ppl wear gharara,wat do they wear in their feets?plx help me n lemme knw,m really confused..

well i think ur gharara will be a bit longer... i think u should wear something with heel...but normally most of the people where chappal or khussa at mehndi day when they are wearing salwar kameez. when ur hubby is tall i would wear heel...it straights also ur figure...

i prefer khussa and kolahpuri....i think its not so important....arent ur feet hidden under the gharara :S....

yeah it depends on the length of the gharara. Most likely the shoes won’t show much, so as long as their cute, it doesn’t really matter. My mehndi sharara was reeeeeeeaally long (ahem, chunnri stretches :halo: ), so I had to wear heals 
my mehndi gharara is also long,n my hubby's height is 5feet 8 inchhes.and mine is 5feet 3inches,so u ppl give prefrnce to kolapuri or gussa on heels?

why dont u try ur dress with the shoes... just look what looks good on u...and i what u are feeling comfortable.....me 5.7 so i would prefer flat shoes hahhaha
lolx..actually i hav to go n buy the shoes on monday,so m confused,i always wear flat shoes or 1inch heel,i have never wore high heels or khusa etc,so i dont hav them to try,and dont knw wat to buy

well i think.. u can buy the shoes...and if theeeeey really dont fit to ur outfit u can give them back!! if u have the dress, ur shoes should be now not the problem!! just reeeeelax and try it out.....dont make u so crazy. bcuz of small things now!! thinking too much before marrige is not good.. u will get pimples when u stress urself!! sooooo relax....

hahah i think its traditionally to wear khussa and kolahpuri....most people give the look of shy, traditionally girl... and its common to wear at next day heel....becuz when u were heels u look taller and u walk more feminine, sexy and such kind of things..
i think u should wear khussa or something flat.. why dont u wear a chappal with a bit heel...???
yeah will do that,as m more comfortable in low heels,i never wear high heels etc,thnkx:),thnkx,now i better go n sleep,will wake up wid a new tension:P,kidding

ok guuud night !! i think u will wear heels on ur baraat/reception day! thats enough i think. at mehndi should be easy and comfortable....most of the girls are wearing easy shoes! so dont take too much tension u know u will get pimples !! soo guuuud night :)

you're just sitting at the mehendi right? so it doesnt really matter, i'd say. heels are necessary when you'll be walking around, so that the gharara drapes properly and looks graceful.
I've seen brides wear such pretty khussa's..seen sum with tiny bells attached to them too! Even kolahpuri's..they come in every color now..
