i am loosing my hair at a shoaib akhtars speed , i dont want to get bald while still in uni ,can any one help how to stop these hairs from falling.

Hair sheds, it's normal for it to fall out. But stress and hormonal changes can cause it to fall out in greater amounts. Do you have bald spots? Is it obviously thinning? Are you eating very poorly? I find that when my hair is very long I notice hair falling much more than when it's shorter. I doubt you're really going bald. Don't stress about it but ask your doctor.

go see a dermatologist, and if u are indeed losing hair, start using minoxodil, it is much better at stopping hair from falling than regrowing hair.

mujhe bhi baal girnay ka problem hai . main ne suna hai ke fish oil hair care ke liye accha hota hai . laikin abhi tak try nahin kiya , mujhe bald spots ho gai hain . main ne socha hai ke fish oil try karoon , aap bhi try kar lain . allah ne chaha to zaroor baal girnay band hojainge .
