i am opening this thread on behalf of ***** Vivacious *** ** who can log in but cannot seem to be able to reply in any threads and cannot access her inbox either. There is no cookies problem. The message she gets when trying to reply in a thread is:
You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else’s post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
This problem has occured since she changed her email address.
I have PMed admin on behalf of her but the problem has not been sorted. Can someone please help as soon as possible.
