Help needed to slim up my belly

Hello everyone plz can any one tell how to slimup the abdomen/belly …my figure is fine but my belly is very much out in i want to make it atleast little flat.some realy good and easy tips/ exercises plz.

Hey there...
Lie flat on your back, hands under your back (in the curve of your back). Now lift your legs. You dont have to lift them very high, just 2 or 3 inches off the ground should be more than enough. Hold for s count of 5 and then gently bring down. Start with 3 sets of 8. Once you've been doing this for about 4 days, go up to 3 sets of 12. This will be excellent for your lower belly which is the hardest part of get rid of. For upper belly, do the same thing, but lift your upper body up instead of your legs. Again, only 2/3 inches off the ground. You dont have to do the horrible crunches that require you to fold up completely and hurt your back and neck. Just a few inches. You wont even feel much while you're doing it the first day but trust me, you'll feel it when you wake up the nest morning.

^ I was thinking the same thing. The exercises are good for toning the muscles, but they won't remove the chubbiness around the belly.

stop drinking a bunch of water or other fluids wiht ur meals...stop drinking soda..which is oh so popular in pakistan..do cardio!..get ur heart pumpin..ge tht eblood flowin..stop smearing makaan on everything..try to fill urself up with more vegetables and fruits rather than just carbohydrates(double roti, roti) and protein(meat)..drink lots of water when stomche is not full of food..so not righ tbefore u eat..not righ tafter u eat and not during meal)!!!!..:)

Im gonna say exactly wat arshad and sahar said. No matter how many exercises you do.. if you dont add cardio exercises in it.. its not gonna give you the results you want.. whatever exercise you do will make the abdominal muscles stronger but the fat around ur belly wont go away unless you start doing cardio exercises. So, start running, swimming, jogging, bicycling etc..

What abt hips...I am slim all over but my hips are too curvy in an unbalanced way..any exercises for that?..p.s. I am getting married in a month!!!!!!!!

cardio like stationary bicycling may help a lot and also the reverse crunches along with regular crunches
