I warm-up olive oil and coconut oil and add-in about 1/2 cup of methi seeds and 1 cup of henna leaves. That’s the way my grandmother taught me, we let it steep for a few hours and transfer it into a clean glass bottle and keep it out in the sun for a few days..strain and use it.

what did this do to ur hair,

and when you mean STEEP you mean you let it sit in that mixture for few hours and then put into a clean glass bottle and leave in the sunlight…?

HOW often is this done, and what effects does it have to the hair.
