Update: Tried Daktacort for a week and it didn’t help.

Went to the GP again and she said it looks more like Pityriasis Rosea i.e. Herald Patch… not eczema…

With the use of a mild steroid cream like Betnovate and a good moisturiser like Aveeno, its going to take anywhere between 2-3- months for it to heal… Its quite rare for it to return so thats good! … But its going to itch like crazy I’ve been told to avoid getting too sweaty (which I won’t coz its cold here in Ireland already ) … She also said it might get worse before it gets better… so yeah fun fun! =/

Want a quicker way? Use a higher steroid potency.
