I have too many acne scars on my face, i dont get acne that often now, but can somebody advice me how to get rid of the scars for a healthy complexion, please do advice if anyone had already get rid of this issue.I really want a clean face, is it possible or it would be a fantasy for me, do comment.

I got into an accident last yr and then i kinda accidently burned myself on the arm this year and i have been using mederma for it, it has actually made my scars lighter.
If mederma doesnt work for u, try Aloe Vera. I have yet to use it though.
How much scarring do u have? U shud visit a derm so he/she could prescribe bleaching creams/gels to u.. depending on how severe u're scars are. Other methods are microderm and glycolic peels..

the scarring is not to severe but its like dots all over the face especially on the sides like reddish scars, whats microderm Gina , which treatment u think is safe

cocoa butter is good, and so is rose hip seed oil...but this may cause more pimples for some.....i dunno why desi skin always scars after acne
dont u think cocoa butter is too oily or will it b fine to use on face?

I have a scar on my right cheek that I got because I ran into something when I was about 10 and had to get stitches. I have tried many creams but nothing really works. It's gotten lighter over the year but hasnt disappeared. I went to a derm to get it check out. She told me that scars like that never really compeltely go away..she can do a cosmetic procedure ..C02 laser, which would resurface the skin and flatten it out, this way when I hide it with makeup, it ll be almost invisible. That's because as the laser flattens out..their wont be any shadows that ll make it prominent. meh...I am still thnking whether I want to get that or not..some people get even more scarring with the procedure.

I have blemishes too, my skin is ver sensitive, so even the tiny-est thing leaves a mark(e.g mosquito bite :( ) I eat well, exfoliate regularly with a mild exfoliant, but when I go out I use a good foundation. I tried microdermabrasion, it didn't help much either.

i have the same problem.. some scars from acne. i saw a dermatologist and she perscribed me a skin bleaching cream.. i've been using it for a while now.. but not consistently. it has made the scars lighter. the cream was called erythomicin or something like that. forgot the spelling. but it works with time
