hey guys…can any1 point me 2 the right direction into where i can get a gud sherwani or kurta pyjama not 2 expensive on the net..has anyone ever orderd clothes etc on these asian websites that r based in pakistan or india??? wats the experience been like..

ordering a sherwani from the net is bound to be a disaster.
there are too many issues with fitting of a sherwani and if you don't get it just right it looks really, really bad.

Do you have any Asian/Pakistani shops nearby? I agree with Muzna regarding the sherwani fitting. I don’t think it can be achieved effectively in online orders.

In case anyone needs info, I just went to Park Towers, and checked out sherwanis by Amir Adnan (sale going on there, BTW), Aijazz and Junaid Jamshed.
If you want to get a full package, consisting of a turban, the sherwani, the kurta or whatever worn underneath and the khussas, it costs 40k at Amir Adnan and Aijazz and 36k at Junaid Jamshed's. A simple sherwani, with no kaam on it can be stitched at Amir Adnan for 20k. If you add a little embroidery on the sleeves and neck, it'll go upto 25k. I didn't ask for the prices of just sherwanis at the other 2 shops because the samples they had there were quite OTT and not according to my taste.
