How to achieve a natural glow on ur face in only 4 weeks. What shud i eat or

apply to my face???

Drink lots of water. Carry bottle with you so u ensure you have had at least liters. Works like a charm.

Drink lots of water, eat plenty of fruit, vegetables. Say no to curries, desi khana banday ko jala ke rakh deta hai :p. Apply yoghurt to your face everyday, leave on for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water.

you are what you eat. change your eating/drinking habits. that is exactly what I'm trying to do these days.

I have extremely oily skin which I neglected way too much during the last few months (concentrating on my final year) and ended up with ridiculous spots and scars which I am allowing to heal naturally, hoping the change in eating habits + exercise + a basic skin care routine (cleanse, tone, moisturise) + lots of water would speed up the process of clearing my skin...but if that doesn't work (if the scars won't go away on their own) I will use a gel that my brother's dermatologist recommended to him for his acne. (I don't have acne, just scars that I'd like to get rid of)

Now... for the OP... your skin wouldn't be perfect in the next 4 weeks if you rely on water/healthy food alone... so, what do you guys think of laser treatment? Would you recommend it to achieve a glowing skin within 4 weeks?

Edit: I don't think laser would work within 4 weeks either because don't you have to like wait a couple of weeks or more between each session?

Bella123: Be realistic. Getting that perfect, healthy, glowing skin isn't possible within 4 weeks. Especially if you have unclear skin. If your skin is perfect otherwise, and you're just looking for a glow, then I ain't the expert on what to apply to the face.

Eat spinach several times a week....take a few spinach leaves and eat with your salan like a salad. It contains the nutrients that hair and skin need. Cantaloupes, blueberries, and fruit in general are good for skin. Eat yogurt as it contains good bacteria that keeps your body clean. Cut down on sweets and fried food. Try drinking green tea 2-3 times a day.

apply oats, honey and yoghurt mixture on the face and leave it till it dries....dont scrub off.....just remove ......its messy while taking out but patience is the key ......oats help in exfoliation....yoghurrt cleanses and honey mosturises........apply every alternate days........

the other one which i have also found good is oats, tomato juice (i usually cut a small tomato in half and use the half), honey and lemon, yoghurt mixture ......blend the above ingredients except oats.....and after blending add the oats to thicken the mixture ...apply on face and leave till dry .......remove with cold water ........use this every day or u can use one day of this mixture and the above mixture other day .......best of luck ......and exercise and drink 2 litres of water ....with all these ull find a glowing skin soon

another one .....:).... this is by rima soni ( a beauty consultant) but very good.....

make fresh facial mask with one tablespoon of tomato juice or u can use tomato paste which is available in store , one tsp of lime juice and one tsp of cornflour. you can also add two drops of tea tree oil as this also clease the face( tea tree oil is optional ).......the pack will keep the skin smooth, bright and free from blemishes....follow this daily for glowing skin

use all these three every other day ....and see which helps u better....:)

@barbicue: actually my skin is good, that means no scars etc. But i wz ill in the last few

months n now thrs a shadi in 6 weeks n i wnted a good natural glow again on my face.

^ In that case, it is possible to achieve what you want... just eat healthy, drink loads of water and try out the facials n stuff that everyone posted above. G'luck! :)

Can't emphasize the importance of exercise enough. No matter what products I try or cosmetics I apply, absolutely NOTHING gives me that naturally healthy glow the same way that exercise does.
