I have been in PK for 6 months and my hair keeps falling out. Does someone have any home made ideas that help thicken hair or keep it from falling out??? Plz help. Mashallah my hair was so thick and long and I think that nazar lag gai hai… If you suggest hair oil tell me the brand and if u have already tried it…

i’ve this recipe…but its quite a long process…
take castor oil,coconut oil & mehendi in equal amounts…
apply the mixture on ur scalp…& massage for a little while…
let it stay for a minimum of 2 hours…its better if it stays overnight…
& then wash it …using whichever shampoo suits u…
this is a 3 months course…
1st month - 3 times a week
2nd month - 2 times a week
3rd month - 1 time a week…
i tried it on dad…but din complete the course…tried it jus for a week…& his hairs stopped falling…
but ur problem cud also the change in water or environment …u mentioned being in pak for nearly 6 months…maybe the water there doesn’t suit u…
& one more thing …its better to use sweet water to wash ur hair…but if tht’s not possible…then after u’ve washed ur hair…use atleast one jug of sweet water on ur hair…ie. the final thing on ur hair shud be sweet water…
try it & inform me if it worked…

ca#ution... wash henna after one or two hours of applying, not overnight as it's not good. That's what my doc told me.

I have the same problem... but I live in canada I have been to pakistan but my hair seems to be fine there..... any other suggestions?

i don no abt tht as my khala's put only henna & let it stay overnight......
& tht doesn't spoil their hair

well....u can use the same thing in canada too..........but if u want something else.......
ok take coconut oil & black seed oil in equal quantities & put it on ur hair before every hair bath for atleast 2 hours...........& then shampoo it........
this should work......but tht other thing i said works faster.........

My hair started thinning soon after coming to Canada and it went for a year (until Feb 10, 2006) and I was too worried. At one point, I contacted a hair clinic too. But now I am getting back my thick hairs. In just two months I have regained what I had lost in the last six months and hope to get back to my full thick hairs in another two months.
It's all life stresses which change our harmone secretion and bring such temporary changes. Don't think much about it and just keep going. You will get yours hair back without resorting to any kind of treatment. Believe me since I just went through it unless you are genetically predisposed i.e. you have a family history of thin hair. Since I have no family history of balding so now I know that thinning hair is just a temporary phenomena.

pure cold spressed extra virgin olive oil is good..it makes hair thick....and get a trimming u probably have split ends
