Re: help me
- Which laptop did you buy?
- Windows 8 is new. Anything new you have to get used to. Don't be impatient. Try to understand how it works by taking a tutorial. I'm sure they have them on your Win 8 already. If not, check out YouTube.
- If you still don't like it, you can install Win 7 or Vista or whatever you were used to working with. It will not damage your computer in anyway.
- All laptops these days don't come with built in DVD players because very few people still use DVDs. I have a laptop without one and not once in the several months I've had this did I feel the need for a DVD player. Even apps are available to download online now, who saves music on DVDs now, and you have flash drives and online storage/sharing programs for file transfers, etc.
Re: help me
Just return it .
Its best to do some research before you buy any new gadget . If you are buying it just for the sake of buying it then shouldn't complain . But if you really needed then you should have known before buying it that what features you really want .
Re: help me
Oho, most of the new laptops are coming with Win 8. What's she to do? As far as the DVD option, does she really need it?
Re: help me
Oho is a South Indian term - as in " oho, appudiya?"
Re: help me
It is also a North Indian term which means array baba koi baat nahi
!
Re: help me
Oho!
Re: help me
Hey, I use the term oho too!
DA, like Niki said all new computers will have windows 8. You can either learn to use it or get the older version. I have heard you can easily switch between windows 8 and an older version. Look into it and use the older version while you learn the new one.
Re: help me
^ Do you use North Canadian or South Canadian oho?
