Ok so you want to keep the length but at the same time you want a haircut? How about getting some feathers in your hair and getting them trimmed a couple of inches? If you want to keep the length I don't think you've got many options.
i can lose a little bit length bt i want a style at da same time
Like mkd mentioned, go for layers at the front.. you can go shorter from the front and keep it long at the back.
