CB - i agree with what the others have said. maybe pick red accessories (i.e. - chairs, chair cushions, fridge magnets, etc.) that will go with the kitchen, instead of making the entire kitchen red. i wonder what Mr.CB’s got to say about a red kitchen? 
that way if you ever get tired of looking at red, you’ll be able to change around the accessories and have a totally new colour in your kitchen!
