i know firefox is supposed to be the next best thing sice toasted bread but i have installed it on three seperate occasions now and hve faced some tiny liite problems every time. Like the pictures on web pages take a bit longer to load and until then i have to look at those sqaure icon thingys at the top left corner of those picture, which is really quite unpleasent. I also face many other problems such as the lines between peoples post here in gs are nowhere to be seen and is replaced just by white space inbetween, which btw is pleasent to the eyes but i know its not supposed to look that way. So please tell me what the problem might be.
P.s the box that im typing this message in seems pretty small aswell.
i recall someone was saying that when u r browsing in firefox u can select which images u want displayed and which ones u dont want displayed in a frame
basically can it happen that when i am browsing GS then i can set my options such that i can view all other pictures EXCEPT the GS banner at the top that says GUPSHUP ? it seems to be a gif image
the basic aim is that i want browsing to happen normally on gs but i dont want it to be evident from miles away that i am browsing GS :o
seems like a firewall problem.. even if you have your firewall disabled.. it somehow ‘remembers’ the settings.. reinstall and allow Mozilla to access the web and try..
if not firewall then check your cookie settings.. clear out all info and start afresh
