Help me translate this song please!

Hi everyone,

I recently saw a song in a Pakistani drama that I really liked, but I can’t understand it fully. The song is in Urdu and Punjabi. I sort of understand the Urdu portions, but I really don’t understand the Punjabi portions.

Can someone please translate for me? Thank you so much!!!

You can listen to the song here. Annie Ki Ayegi Baraat ‘Aangan Mein Khushiyon’ Full Song by Shazia Manzoor - OST, GeoTv Drama - YouTube

The first Punjabi section starts at 2:42. I have tried to transcribe it below, but I’m not sure if I’m even hearing it correctly.

The second section starts at 4:16.

If you could please let me know what this means, I would really appreciate it. Many thanks!

Re: Help me translate this song please!

Thank you for your reply.

By any chance, do you know the translation of the second part? The "Mutyare nee..." portion, which begins at 4:16?

Re: Help me translate this song please!

The first stanza of the second part of the song is from Sarke Sarke sung by Surinder Kaur

It translates roughly to

O Girl,
O girl who goes slowly
A thorn has pricked your foot delicate one

The lacha part translates to
My lacha is expensive
And my blouse is made from silk

My lacha dances a thousand twirls
Batchelors die when they see me
