I got this made, I wasn’t sure if I wanted wide-legged pants, straight pants with this so I left them out and I need to tell my tailor ASAP what to make with the kameez. It’s a front-open shirt in black, beige and turquoise..
Similar to this:
Please keep in mind I don’t want to make it very formal, nor do I want ‘kaam’ on the pants.
The bottom is a turquoise jamawar..
Anyone that leaves this thread without a suggestion gets a pimple right on their noses!
I would go for slightly wider straight pants, the one in the pic look too wide for this type of shirt. The wide pants look better when the blend nicely with the shirt (either with the shirt fabric or color)
i would suggest go with the wide pants as in the picture. it is unexpected :) i mean straight pants would look good and theres no doubt abt it, but are predictable.
Erm, the wide pants look 'chi' sorry. Perhaps its the way shes standing.
No, its not. I don't like them.
Go for straight.
Ditto. I'm not a huge fan of the wide leg pants - maybe because I've not got the panache to carry it off. Stay with straight leg pants - will be more timeless, less dated.
