I’m gonna get married within three weeks.My biggest problem is a protruding tummy (lower part of belly is enlarged).Plz help me to flat it within a week or so.Herbal tips will be welcomed.
If there’s already such thread here do search out for me ,coz I’ve also to take exams in coming few days.I can’t spend much time on the forum.

^That would make her feel really crappy which is not what you want in the run up to your wedding.
Apparently women do really badly on diets that remove carbs as they crave them even more because they increase serotonin levels.
Don't remove complex carbs.
We need fruits. One of my colleagues was on the weight watchers diet and she didn’t eat bananas for monthssss because they’re supposed to have the highest fat content among fruits, and one day she came to her senses and said “Eff it, banana is a good source of potassium” and ate like two bananas ![]()
Drink loads of water… the less water u take in, the more of it your body will retain.
Again, as everyone else mentioned, one week is not reasonable.

stretch well every morning on mepty stomach
do light cardio..doesnt need to be heavy..even just walking on treadmill every day or 5 times a week or one hour
dont drink anything when u eat something..only half an hour b4 u eat and at least hour after u eat..bcs this really contirbutes to tummy bloating..

try these until wedding day. it won't disappear 100% but u'll see big time difference...
start with a juice cleanse. for two whole days only vege n fruit juice( more vege, less fruit), lemon water n green tea. Alternate b/w juices n teas. After day two start this routine
Morning after wake up.... Lemon water or Lemon herbal tea
Half hr later.... berry smoothie( instead of milk add coconut milk with 8% fat). Add some nuts n 1 scoop protien shake to your smoothie
For breakfast veggie omellete(omit bread)
throughout the day green smoothie(cucumber, brocolli, coloured green peppers, celery, tomatoes etc), fruit juice, salad with bean, tomatoes n avacadoes, plain avacadoes with salt n pepper, salad with tuna, baked chicken breast, 8 glasses of water, green tea. lots of nuts n seeds etc
Before bedtime 1 cup of Diet tea. After a week u can add two cups a day. It will giv u really good bowel movement. don't be afraid of that. Don't drink for more than 14 days.
For whole three weeks strictly no roti, minimal whole wheat bread, no rice or ocassional brown rice, no pizza, no pasta, no diary, no sweets, no red meat. Eat as much raw n uncooked food as possible.
No liquid 45 mins b4 n after a meal.
No eating after 7 pm.
Take vitamins n fish/omega supplement for glowy skin. u can take enzymes if u like they help with digestion or drink Apple cider vinegar in warm cup of water 2-3 times a day.
Now excercise... cardio 30 mins every day. workout 30mins-1 hr 3x a week. yoga/belly dancing/swimming/biking 2x a week. Wearing a tight belt/ shaper while excercising helps a lot.
this routine will improve ur belly within a week. but u hav to follow each n everything. continue till ur big day.

to get a flat tummy is not an easy task....believe me ive been thru it. i hav been managing my diet now for a year. and along with that hav been doing cardio and pilates (stretching exercise). and now finally im happy with the outcome. try out crunches .....coz they help flaten the lower abdomen. c if it helps.

although this must work very well and results are evident .. but its soo extreme ... 2 day juice cleanse , i would pass out .. and life is such that no matter how hard i will try and avoid food in the end i will eat it anyway.
people need to realise , if you want to loose weight for a particular event or day plan out your time , start eating sensibly ( with making reasonable cuts here and there ) about 6 weeks before your about to go , and exercise everyday for 30 mins ... this way you wont have completely starve yourselves and you will loose weight too.

^ when we muslims can fast whole month two days juice cleanse is nothing as compared. starting with a cleanse helps u better. it washes toxins out n giv ur body a fresh start.
they recomend one day juice fast once a week.

200 Crunches, 100 squats, 50 Lunges in the morning,
jog/run for 45 mins every morning and 45 in the evening then do the same crunches, lunges and squats in the evening along with dumbells combine shoulder and arm exercises.
Drink plenty of water, only eat complex carbs once a day, protien shakes before workouts for energy - grill and oven bake meat and veggies, eat loads of salad. I did this for 2 months and lost a hell of a lot of weight and kept it off.
I plan to do this after my baby is born inshAllah and carry it on for much longer. You can start losing 2-3 lb a week with this which may not sound much but imagine if you did it for 10 weeks? that's 25-30lb shredded from your body and also the weights, squats, crunches and lunges tone your body too rather than just removing the fat. The cardio combined cuts your body up further and gives you a slender look.
I normally start spin and body pump classes after so I can tone the body further after the fat has been cut so I can fit into my clothes better.
It's amazing what combined diet, cardio, toning exercises and weights can do for you. You need to do all of these together to see good results, ie - just cutting out food won't work, and only exercise won't be effective. My tummy got flat as a pancake after this routine, and I had a much smaller waist, bear in mind I am not a skinny person and I do have curves but this gave a really cute and hot figure. Aaah I feel like a fat cow now when I think of it lol but I know I won't look like this forever and I can't wait to start my fitness regime.
We shouldn't wait till we have a wedding or party to lose or tone ourselves, why not start today? Trust me you will feel 200% more confident about yourself coz before I started looking after my body properly clothes never used to look so good, I hated my arms and belly and I always hated my side view and I thought I looked chunky rather than slender..just cutting
20lbs made a life changing difference, I had more energy, I looked younger, my skin looked fresh and I looked hot!!! Oh and I dropped 2-3 dress sizes! I highly recommend it!

P.s - cut out desi food completely otherwise this wont work. ONLY grilled/baked portions of white meat, and steamed veggies so you get your protien and complex carbs. No oily, spicy stuff as your stomach will not ever be flat with this type of diet unless you have a genetically toned stomach.
Keep fat free cereal bars and wholemeal seeded crackers on hand, raw almonds, carrots and raw fruits if you get hungry. Drink lots of fluids include green tea - have egg white ommelettes for breakfast with one wholemeal toast, if you can omit the toast/bread but you don't have to as this plan does include complex carbs. Trick is to NEVER stay hungry but have small portions and snack every 1.5-2 hrs so you keep your sugar levels up.
NO cakes, chocs, juices, fried food, white pasta/rice/bread.
