My interpretation of the outcome of istikhara is usually defined by two things, if Allah (SWT) makes that thing easy/accessible for you and if you feel content with the decision. Are you content with your decision to marry this girl? Has Allah made it easy for you? Maybe its not right for you and hence the delay! Sometimes, its best to let things be and move on and if this girl is meant to be your wife, she will make her mind up in time! Sorry, if its not what you want to hear!

Seeing a dream after istikharah is a misconception. It’s not necissary. Pray that Allah (SWT) gives you whatever’s best for you. Insh’Allah if she’s the one, you will get her.
