hey here are some things I had read about that help in insomnia
1, Keep bed only for sleeping purposes..That means do not read books or watch TV while lying on your bed.
2,Try not to sleep during the day.Even if you do try to limit it to half an hour maximum.
3,Try to go to bed at the same time everyday,This helps to set your body clock so that when that time comes your body knows its sleeping time
4,Do not exercise before going to bed.Try to exercise late afternoon but not before you sleep.
5Try not to drink too much of coffee in the evening
