You should visit the following places. Hopefully you will find something good. But within your range, most of the dresses wouldnt be heavy, the would be semi formal or casual not heavy kaam walay suit.

Saleem Fabrics, the best place. You may end up liking something bit more expensive but it wl be worth it at the end of the day.
