Hi guys… I need a little help… One of the people dearest to me just posted a poem on a different forum… and I need help getting it translated… I know it’s embarassing, but my Urdu’s really bad…

Mein jaanta hoon ke yeh ek aam see baat hai
Jis ke liye koi kisee istaare kee zaroorat naheen
Yeh to parwaan charhta hai, gulab kee tarah
Magar kisee mausam kee usko parwa naheen
Yeh kahan se aaya mein kah naheen sakta
Aur na hee jaanta hoon ke kaise
Magar haan mein khush hoon
Isko pane ke baad
Mein khush hoon yeh bata ke
Tum jaise piyar karne wale shakhs ko
Ke tum mere dil mein rehte ho
Mera piyar baant te hue mere saath.
